SEPTEMBER 2005: Flowers

In September, the long, dry winter season was about to end. The dry season had started in May. During this winter season, you can count the rainy days on one hand. The result was visible in the park: everything was dried up; grayish green and brownish yellow vegetation, crackling leaves and snapping branches under your shoes. To my surprise, there were some colorful flowers within the dry vegetation; they managed to flourish in bright colors.
