283: Line and wire
One of the first things you notice in Brazil are the tangled electrical and telephone wires. Wires for electricity and data communication, on either side of virtually every street or avenue. They are strong wires. However, under severe weather conditions, they can break and complete a black-out in a complete street or neighborhood for some time. The ugly black wires are irritating for tourists and photographers, when they want to take a picture of a building across the street at some distance. To me it was strange to see this phone hanging between the wires.
